1. Once you have contacted Arizona Garment Care and completed the Customer Enrollment form our Customer Service representative will arranged for a pickup.
2. Home Delivery Order Form should be completed and be placed in the bag.
3. Items are to be left at the front door of your dwelling where our driver can easily have access to them. 
4. Once your order arrives at our processing plant we will verify the inventory of the garments and determine the best method of cleaning.  If a discrepancy is found, you will be contacted within 24 hours.
5. Payments will be expedited on the day orders are received.
6. Orders will be delivered on the scheduled date unless customer is otherwise notified.   See pick up and delivery schedule by zip code
7. When your first order is returned to you, Arizona Garment Care will provide you, the customer, with a garment bag for future orders.
