Please read the following terms and conditions and disclaimers carefully.
 
This agreement is between you our customer and Arizona Garment Care and states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Services and receive services from Arizona Garment Care. Your use of the services constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, we will not be able to provide any services. Your signature on this agreement constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
CONDITIONS
We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, leather, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.

DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY
In case of loss or damage to any article our liability shall not exceed ten times the cost of cleaning.

Pick Up and Delivery Procedures
  1. Once you have contacted Arizona Garment Care and completed the Customer Enrollment form our Customer Service representative will arrange for a pickup
  2. Home Delivery Order Form should be completed and be placed in the bag
  3. Items are to be left at the front door of your dwelling where our driver can easily have access to them
  4. Once your order arrives at our processing plant we will verify the inventory of the garments and determine the best method of cleaning. If a discrepancy is found, you will be contacted within 24 hours
  5. Payments will be expedited on the day orders are received
  6. Orders will be delivered on the scheduled date unless customer is otherwise notified. See pick up and delivery schedule by zip code
  7. When your first order is returned to you, Arizona Garment Care will provide you, the customer, with a garment bag for future orders
